Je bent veel onderweg en spreekt onder andere met bouwmaterialenhandels, bouwbedrijven en architecten.

Bij MAKZ krijg jij de ruimte om kansen te signaleren, nieuwe klanten te benaderen en bestaande relaties verder uit te bouwen. Bovendien biedt deze functie perspectief voor iemand met de ambitie en potentie om op termijn door te groeien.

Wat ga jij doen als Accountmanager Noordwest-Nederland bij MAKZ Kalkzandsteen B.V.? Als Accountmanager Noordwest-Nederland ben je het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland en Utrecht. Je benadert actief potentiële klanten en bouwt het klantenbestand verder uit. Het marktpotentieel breng je in jouw rayon in kaart en je beoordeelt welke accounts kansrijk zijn. Klantbezoeken en afspraken plan en voer je zelfstandig uit. Je onderhoudt langdurige zakelijke relaties met bouwmaterialenhandels, bouwbedrijven en architecten. Deze klanten en verwerkers adviseer je over de oplossingen van MAKZ Kalkzandsteen en informeer je op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Offertes stel je zorgvuldig op en volg je actief op. Ontwikkelingen in de markt en bij concurrenten signaleer en vertaal je naar commerciële kansen. Contracten, offertes en correspondentie verwerk je correct in de administratie. Samen met de binnen- en buitendienst denk je mee over groeimogelijkheden en de verdere commerciële ontwikkeling van MAKZ Kalkzandsteen.

Met jouw commerciële-bouwkundige kennis, kunde en ervaring geef je richting aan groei, versterk je het team en zorg je voor duurzame relaties in de bouwwereld.
