Als Payroll Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van klantrelaties binnen de payroll dienstverlening in Flevoland, aangrenzende gemeentes en Friesland. Je fungeert als schakel tussen klanten, medewerkers en interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte uitvoering van payrollprocessen. In je functie wordt je ondersteund door de Backoffice Payroll. - Onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties - Actief werven van nieuwe klanten in de regio Flevoland en Friesland - Adviseren van klanten over payroll, arbeidsrecht en HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken - Coördineren van salarisadministratie en personeelsadministratie - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze omzetten in concrete acties - Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. arbeidsrecht en fiscale regels) - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en medewerkers - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals HR, salarisadministratie en juridische zaken - Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar passende oplossingen - Opstellen van rapportages en evaluaties voor klanten - Bijhouden van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving JOUW PROFIEL - HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur in HRM...
