Voor een sterk groeiende speler binnen de premium petfoodsector zijn we op zoek naar een Field Sales Representative om de verdere expansie in Vlaanderen mee vorm te geven. Je krijgt de kans om een gevestigde marktpositie verder uit te bouwen en een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan een ambitieus groeiverhaal.

Jobomschrijving

Als Field Sales Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regio Antwerpen en combineer je klantenbeheer met actieve business development.

Je focus ligt op:

  • Het verder uitbouwen van bestaande partnerships met retailers.
  • Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe opportuniteiten bij onafhankelijke winkels en professionele fokkers.
  • Het presenteren en promoten van een uitgebreid assortiment premium honden- en kattenvoeding.
  • Het geven van producttrainingen aan winkelmedewerkers zodat zij klanten optimaal kunnen adviseren.
  • Het verhogen van de zichtbaarheid en aanwezigheid van het merk in jouw regio.
  • Het opvolgen van commerciële doelstellingen en het realiseren van omzetgroei.
  • Het deelnemen aan vakbeurzen, evenementen en exposities.

De verhouding tussen accountmanagement en prospectie bedraagt ongeveer 70/30. Je bouwt verder op een bestaande klantenbasis, maar krijgt ook de vrijheid om nieuwe kansen te creëren.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Minstens 1 jaar commerciële ervaring in een buitendienstfunctie.
  • Energiek, enthousiast en positief ingesteld.
  • Sterk communicatief en commercieel overtuigend.
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Resultaatgericht en gedreven om doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Klantgericht en relationeel sterk.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om af en toe een weekendactiviteit of beurs mee te ondersteunen.
  • Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands en een goede kennis van Frans.

Affiniteit met dieren, retail of FMCG is een mooie plus, maar geen vereiste.
