Van Vliet Potplants B.V. is een toonaangevende exporteur van potplanten, gevestigd op het terrein van bloemenveiling Royal Flora Holland en onderdeel van de Van VLIET Flower Group. Dagelijks worden planten en bijbehorende producten ingekocht bij kwekers en de veilingen en deze worden nog dezelfde dag klaargemaakt voor transport naar onze klanten over heel Europa. Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, energiek en krijg jij energie van klantcontact en handel? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! De functie Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van jouw klantenbestand. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en schakelt dagelijks tussen verkoop, inkoop en logistiek. Je weet commerciële kansen te signaleren en zet deze om in resultaat. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties • Adviseren van klanten over assortiment en commerciële kansen • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en inspelen op vraag en aanbod • Samenstellen van een aantrekkelijk en actueel aanbod voor klanten • Verwerken en begeleiden van klantorders en de gehele orderafhandeling • Opstellen van offertes en aanbiedingen • Afstemmen met logistiek om een soepel en tijdig leveringsproces te waarborgen • Bewaken van marges, omzet, betalingstermijnen en klanttevredenheid Je profiel - Je hebt mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van potplanten - Je beheerst naast Nederlands minimaal één moderne vreemde taal goed in woord en geschrift - Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie - Je schakelt snel en houdt overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving - Je bent communicatief sterk, commercieel ingesteld en ziet kansen - Je bent resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en klantvriendelijk - Je bent flexibel, sociaal en een echte teamplayer Wij bieden - Een afwisselende commerciële functie binnen een internationale organisatie - Werken in een dynamische sector waar geen dag hetzel...
