vacature Accountmanager potplanten Oost Europa. Door de stijgende welvaart wordt de komende jaren een sterke afzetgroei van bloemen en planten aan Oost-Europese retail en groothandels verwacht. De gezochte accountmanager gaat een belangrijke rol spelen in het in goede banen leiden van die groei. Hij/zij verkoopt zorgt voor een goede planning en levert zo een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei. Hij/zij staat voor zijn klanten en kwekers, heeft overzicht en werkt hard aan verdere verbeteringen van efficiency en inzet. Naast aandacht voor zowel de team als individuele prestaties heeft hij/zij ook een goed oog voor verbetering van de commerciële mogelijkheden. Ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende functie en dan met name in de (internationale) plantenhandel is zeer gewenst. Kennis van Oost-Europa of ervaring met de retail-groothandel kan zeer nuttig zijn. Over het bedrijf Dit bedrijf behoort inmiddels al tot de grootste exporteurs van potplanten, snijbloemen en boeketten in Nederland. De producten worden afgezet aan supermarktketens, tuincentra en groothandelsbedrijven in meer dan 40 landen in heel Europa en het Midden-Oosten. De komende jaren wordt een sterke groei in Oost-Europa verwacht. Om die groei in goede banen te leiden wordt gezocht naar een accountmanager Oost-Europa retail planten (stimulerend, aandacht voor medewerkers, oog voor verkoopkansen). Het bedrijf Een scherpe wereldwijde inkoop van bloemen en planten, vaak net iets scherper dan de concurrentie, en de verwerking (bijvoorbeeld boeketten maken) in eigen beheer houden, staan aan de basis van het succes van dit relatief jonge familiebedrijf. Het bedrijf noemt zich een echte partner van de retail bij de grootschalige verwerking en logistiek in de internationale bloemen- en plantenhandel.
