Bij Output krijg je de kans om onze relaties met wederverkopers in de professionele AV-wereld naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Waar ga je werken? Output is al ruim 40 jaar een toonaangevende distributeur in de professionele AV-markt in de Benelux, met topmerken als Canon, RCF, Panasonic, Shure, Hikvision, Roland en DPA. We zijn een familiebedrijf van zo'n 20 gedreven experts met een open, informele sfeer. Klanten lopen zo binnen, ook zonder afspraak. Gastvrijheid staat hoog in het vaandel bij Output. Korte lijnen, snelle beslissingen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - Verdiep je in onze klantenkring van wederverkopers, bouw vertrouwen op en word hun eerste aanspreekpunt bij kansen of problemen. - Signaleer waar klanten kansen laten liggen of vastzitten, en help ze een andere weg in te slaan die bij ze past. - Adviseer klanten praktisch over welke producten en oplossingen bij hun business passen, en laat zo het portfolio groeien. - Ga pro-actief op zoek naar nieuwe kansen en potentiële nieuwe partners in de markt. - Werk samen met marketing en technische support aan de juiste oplossingen. - Nodig klanten uit in ons Experience Center om ze onze oplossingen en toegevoegde waarde te laten ervaren. Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring in channel sales- en accountmanagement in de AV markt; HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Oprechte interesse: je luistert naar je klant en stelt de juiste vragen, wat je in staat stelt je klant op een juiste manier te helpen en te weten wat er bij je klant speelt - Dit zorgt ervoor dat je in staat bent je sales funnel consistent te laten groeien en zorgt voor voorspelbare resultaten - Geduld: je weet dat verandering bij een klant tijd en investering kost, ook ...
