Wat jij doet Als Accountmanager/Projectmanager BakerWare combineer je commercie, klantadvies en projectmanagement. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, interne teams en de organisatie. Je begrijpt de behoeften van klanten, vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken ook daadwerkelijk succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt overkoepelend voor zowel het BakerWare- als het OrtaX-team en rapporteert aan de directeur van beide organisaties. Wat doe je nog meer? - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties door regelmatig klantbezoek en actief relatiebeheer - Signaleren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar passende oplossingen binnen het portfolio van BakerWare en OrtaX - Opstellen, bespreken en afstemmen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen - Verzorgen van productdemo's en het overtuigend presenteren van oplossingen aan klanten - Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan aanbestedingen en commerciële trajecten - Begeleiden en leiden van projecten en zorgen voor een succesvolle uitvoering - Samenwerken met interne teams om klantafspraken en projecten te realiseren - Bewaken van voortgang, resultaten en klanttevredenheid Dit krijg je Bij Centric vind je veel flexibiliteit en vrijheid om jouw vak als Accountmanager/Projectmanager BakerWare uit te oefenen.
