Opdrachtomschrijving Netwerken, analyseren en met creatieve oplossingen het verschil maken. Jij verbindt publieke en private partijen voor een weerbaar Rotterdam. Strategische samenwerkingsrelaties op buiten de eigen organisatie en/of benut je bestaande netwerken ten behoeve van de bestrijding van ondermijnende georganiseerde criminaliteit. Jouw taak: de juiste mensen bij elkaar brengen en motiveren, doelstellingen bepalen én bewaken. Dat vraagt om organisatiesensitiviteit en stevige netwerkvaardigheden om als pionier aan de slag te gaan. Je verdiept je in de processen van de RIEC-partners, stelt behoeften vast en zoekt actief naar kansen en creatieve, innovatieve ideeën voor de (preventieve) aanpak van ondermijning. Je overziet het multidisciplinaire speelveld, initieert, coördineert en geeft (gevraagd en ongevraagd) advies aan publieke en private partners. Vanuit een duurzame publiek-private samenwerking zoek je naar verbeteringen in de aanpak van georganiseerde ondermijnende criminaliteit en vertaal je deze ideeën naar concrete acties. Met als doel: bonafide partijen weerbaar(der) maken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt tussen onderwerpen, belangen en gesprekspartners. De ene dag zit je aan tafel met brancheverenigingen om kansen in de integrale samenwerking bespreekbaar te maken, de volgende dag stem je af met gemeenten, politie of andere ketenpartners over een gezamenlijke aanpak.
