Heb je altijd al willen werken in het ADO stadion en lijkt het je leuk om je carrière te vervolgen in de arbeidsbemiddeling? Op onze vestiging in het WerkTalent stadion is een bureau vrij voor een ervaren accountmanager. Is dit iets voor jou?

Als accountmanager in de recruitment ben je, hoe kan het ook anders, vooral verantwoordelijk voor het managen van zowel bestaande als nieuwe accounts. In jouw rol ben jij immers degene die de relatie met onze huidige opdrachtgevers onderhoudt en nieuwe opdrachtgevers warm maakt voor een samenwerking. De functietitel klopt echter enigszins, de functie is namelijk veel breder dan dat. In jouw rol ben je namelijk ook degene die zich bezighoudt met recruitment. WerkTalent is in de basis een uitzendbureau, welke haar opdrachtgevers voorziet van enthousiaste flexwerkers of vaste medewerkers. Door voor hen op zoek te gaan naar de juiste kandidaat op basis van een openstaande vacature. Maar zijn daarnaast ook degene die als een heuse 'spelersmakelaar' voor de werkzoekende op zoek gaat naar de ideale vervolgstap in zijn/haar carrière. Voor hen gaan wij op zoek naar de juiste vacature die matcht met hun wensen en behoeften. In jouw rol als accountmanager pak je beide smaken van ons werk op. Het liefst tegelijk.

Je komt te werken op een héle bijzondere vestiging in het stadion van ADO Den Haag. Ook wel het WerkTalent Stadion genoemd. Wat maakt dat de functie ook bijzonder te noemen is. Naast al het bovenstaande komt er nog meer bij kijken dan normaal gesproken het geval is. Als strategisch partner van ADO Den Haag zijn wij zeer actief binnen de business club, zijn wij aanwezig op de events en bezoeken wij de alle wedstrijden waarbij onze opdrachtgevers, collega's, vrienden en familie van harte welkom zijn. Wat ons team vooral kenmerkt, is dat wij het echt samen doen!
