In de rol van accountmanager ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de salesprocessen op de vestiging. Je werkt nauw samen met de vestigingsmanager en je andere recruitmentcollega's om de vacatures bij jouw klanten te matchen met kandidaten die gesproken worden op de vestiging. Daarbij staat jouw rol niet los van de kandidaatkant en voer je wekelijks intakegesprekken met beschikbare mensen die op zoek zijn naar een mooie baan. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden: - Het actief beheren van accounts in de breedste zin van het woord - Het maken van accountplannen en uitzetten van acties om relaties verder te versterken/uit te bouwen - Je maakt commerciële afspraken met jouw klanten - Je voert samen met jouw andere recruitmentcollega's gesprekken met potentiële kandidaten voor de vacatures bij onze opdrachtgevers - Je werkt nauw samen met de recruitment specialist en marketingafdeling om de juiste kandidateninstroom te realiseren - Je hebt nauw contact met de andere vestigingen in jouw omgeving en probeert de samenwerking naar een hoger plan te tillen Wie zoeken wij? - Goed werk-/denkniveau (MBO+/HBO/WO) - Je hebt minimaal 2-5 jaar saleservaring in onze branche of in een sector die dichtbij die van ons ligt - Je kunt zowel als het gaat om new business als om accountmanagement jouw rol pakken. - Je weet een uitstekende balans te vinden tussen "humor/werken met een lach" en "kn...
