Functieomschrijving Als Accountmanager recycling ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de Zuid-Holland, met een sterke focus op onze locatie in Vlaardingen. Je werkt in een stabiel en behulpzaam team met een binnendienst en twee collega-accountmanagers (ieder met een eigen regio). Samen zorgen jullie voor goed gevulde verwerkingslocaties en een betrouwbare afvoer van grondstoffen. Met jouw kennis en proactieve aanpak bouw je sterke, langdurige relaties op. Je helpt klanten hun afvalstromen efficiënt en milieubewust af te voeren, verkoop van grondstoffen én je haalt je commerciële targets. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties (relatiebeheer, upselling en cross-selling). - Actief benaderen van nieuwe bedrijven in jouw regio. - Adviseren over passende verwerkingsoplossingen en het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar slimme voorstellen. - Verkoop van grondstoffen zoals granulaten. - Het afgeven van jaar- of projectprijzen, onderhandelen over tarieven en marges en het sluiten van (meerjarige) contracten. - Samenwerken met binnendienst, operatie/locaties en andere stakeholders om klantafspraken waar te maken. - Marktontwikkelingen volgen en kansen signaleren die je omzet naar concrete opdrachten. Wat breng je mee? - Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 3 jaar commerciële ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. - Ervaring in recycling/afvalverwerking, grondstoffen, sloop, GWW of een aanverwante sector is een sterke pré. - Je communiceert makkelijk, overtuigt op inhoud en bouwt graag aan langdurige samenwerkingen. - Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht; je krijgt energie van acquisitie én relatiebeheer. - Rijbewijs B en bij voorkeur woonachtig in (de omgeving van) Vlaardingen / Zuid-Holland. - Je vindt het prettig om veel onderweg te zijn bij klanten en daarnaast op vaste momenten op kantoor af te stemmen. - Een zelfstandige rol met veel vrijheid om je regio te ontwikkelen en ...
