Ben jij een gepassioneerde verkoper met een talent voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties? Heb je interesse in ventilatie, verwarming en sanitair? Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou! Door de sterke groei bij Van Oirschot willen wij ons salesteam uitbreiden en zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste accountmanagers. In deze rol krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden in te zetten voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame, langetermijnrelaties met klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je krijgt je eigen klantenportefeuille met als doel deze te onderhouden en uit te breiden.
  • Bezoeken van zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten om sterke relaties op te bouwen en te verstevigen.
  • Je verdeelt je tijd tussen administratief werk en het bezoeken van klanten.
  • Om je doelstellingen te behalen, bieden we jou verschillende mogelijkheden ter ondersteuning, namelijk: een team collega’s waar je nauw mee samenwerkt, evenementen om de relatie tussen jou en je klanten te verstevigen, prospectiereizen (1 keer per jaar), handige tools zoals een IPad, Van Oirschot App, webshop, etc.
  • Je krijgt leiding van een enthousiaste teamleader die tevens je coach is, je begeleidt en motiveert om je verkooptargets te behalen.
  • Een onderbouwde kennis binnen ventilatie, verwarming en/of sanitair is een meerwaarde, maar kan zeker ook aangeleerd worden.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je krijgt energie van het streven naar verkooptargets.
  • Klantgericht werken: je weet onze professionele installateurs de juiste service
  • en oplossingen aan te bieden.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je deinst er niet voor terug om mee de handen uit de mouwen te steken waar nodig.
