FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING De Accountmanager/Relatiemanager is primair verantwoordelijk voor het optimale beheer en relatiemanagement van bestaande klanten. Binnen deze klantenkring wordt zorggedragen voor een optimale dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid in combinatie met het ontwikkelen van, laten groeien en onderhouden van additionele verkoopkansen en mogelijkheden tot cross-selling. De klantenkring bevindt zich hoofdzakelijk binnen de industriesegmenten maritiem, chemische industrie en chemie, olie en gas en water. Herkennen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en het samen met het applicatieteam uitwerken hiervan is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
