Wij bieden ondersteuning aan onze klanten op verschillende markten (industriële, tertiaire en residentiële) in het hele land.

Als groothandelaar verdelen we elektrotechnisch installatiemateriaal, verlichting, kabels, oplossingen voor woning- en gebouwautomatisering, HVAC-oplossingen en systemen voor hernieuwbare energie, alsook huishoudtoestellen. Cebeo maakt deel uit van de Franse internationale groep Sonepar, wereldmarktleider op het gebied van de distributie van elektrotechnisch materiaal (www.sonepar.com).

Binnen ons filiaal te Aarschot, onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Field Sales Manager Resi, sta je in voor het aanbieden van de juiste oplossingen, diensten en producten aan onze professionele klanten met als doel het marktaandeel te vergroten.

Als Accountmanager Residentieel (M/V/X) zal dit jouw missie zijn:

  • Zorgen voor een aanwezigheid op het terrein door professionele klanten te bezoeken om uw klantenportefeuille te behouden en uit te breiden;
  • Zaken opsporen, de behoeften van klanten analyseren, offertes opstellen in samenwerking met de winkel en leveranciers, passende en innovatieve oplossingen voorstellen en deals afsluiten;
  • Opvolging van uw acties in samenwerking met de winkel (offerte-opvolging, bezoekrapport, CRM);
  • Realiseren van omzet- en margedoelstellingen;
  • Uw klantenportefeuille uitbreiden door nieuwe klanten te prospecteren en de commerciële aanbieding te promoten via diverse commerciële acties en diensten (logistiek, e-commerce) om u te onderscheiden van de concurrentie;
  • Nauw samenwerken met het verkoopteam aan de toonbank.

Jouw profiel

  • Technische opleiding in elektriciteit met expertise in producten;
  • Bewezen ervaring in verkoop aan professionals, met een sterke focus op resultaten en klanttevredenheid;
  • Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en servicegerichtheid, met het vermogen om de uitdagingen en specifieke behoeften van installateurs te begrijpen;
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht, met de vaardigheid om ontwikkelingskansen te identificeren en doelstellingen te behalen;
  • Georganiseerd, dynamisch, volhardend, proactief en in staat om een uitgebreide klantenportefeuille te beheren;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgeest om samenwerking met collega's en partners te bevorderen;
  • Goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om de behoeften van onze installateurs-klanten te begrijpen en hierop in te spelen;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Vermogen om te werken in een complexe technische omgeving en tegelijkertijd een hoog commercieel prestatieniveau te behouden.
