Relatiemanagement: je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je probeert daarbij op frequente basis afspraken in te plannen. Als early bird weet je dat het belangrijk is om voor opening bij de supermarktketens aanwezig te zijn;

Productzichtbaarheid: je hebt aandacht voor de optimale aanwezigheid van de producten bij klanten. Je houdt hierbij rekenging met de plaats in de rayon, plaatsingen in het bij zijn van koelafdelingen en je zorgt voor extra vaste plaatsingen;

Onderhandelen en belangen aligneren: Je weet als geen ander hoe je de belangen van verschillende partijen op één lijn krijgt. Je onderhandelt met klanten, groothandelaars of interne stakeholders en zoekt daarbij steeds naar win-winoplossingen;

Commercieel inzicht en analytisch vermogen: dankzij jouw commercieel inzicht en analytisch vermogen kan je onderbouwde beslissingen nemen, doelstellingen scherpstellen en opportuniteiten juist inschatten. Je bent vertrouwd met KPI's, marges en budgetten en je gebruikt die kennis om strategisch te onderhandelen;

Budgetbeheer: je beheert jouw budget en stelt een jaarplan op voor jouw regio;

Rapportage: je voert gedetailleerde rapportages uit van je bezoeken in het CRM-systeem;

Tot slot rapporteer je aan de salesmanager retail om zo de gemeenschappelijke targets te behalen.

  • Ondernemer met affiniteit voor retail en sterke drankmerken
