Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het complete contractbeheer en de verhuur van ons gemeentelijk vastgoed. Je gaat op zoek naar huurders of voert besprekingen met aanstaande huurder, stelt huurberekeningen op en bijbehorende huurovereenkomsten of addenda. Je beheert en begeleidt alle stappen die komen kijken bij de verhuur van de objecten in de clusters sport en recreatie. Samen met de Technisch Vastgoedmanagers ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de instandhouding van de objecten. Binnen het contractbeheer houd jij je ook bezig met de gemaakte financiële afspraken. Zo zie je toe op het innen van huren, indexering, verrekenen van servicekosten en monitor je de debiteurenstand en het beheer. Je bemiddelt bij betalingsregelingen en zorgt voor een correcte verdeling van kosten van de kostendragers en de verdeelsleutel. Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en verwerken van de periodieke begrotingen door o.a. het doorgeven van wijzigingen in posten op objectniveau. Jij adviseert over de objectvisie per object. Je bent per object goed op de hoogte van technische staat, maatschappelijke bijdrage en huurdersbestand. Je kunt ondersteunen bij kwartaalrapportages onder andere door het aanleveren van huurderslijst, debiteurenlijst en leegstandlijst. Het Sportaccommodatiebeleid is vastgesteld, op dit moment wordt de laatste hand gelegd aan het Uitvoeringsprogramma Sportaccommodatiebeleid.
