Wil je werken in een rol waar je echt het verschil maakt voor vakkrachten en klanten? Dan zoeken wij jou voor ons team in Nijmegen. DIT Techniek is het uitzend- en detacheringslabel van DIT Holding voor de technische sector. We verbinden vakkundige mensen aan de juiste bedrijven in installatietechniek, elektrotechniek en aanverwante branches. Vanuit onze vestiging in Nijmegen bedienen we klanten in de regio Gelderland. Als Accountmanager Techniek combineer je commercie met recruitment. Je bouwt relaties op met klanten, zorgt voor continue instroom van kandidaten en begeleidt vakkrachten van intake tot plaatsing. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's op de vestiging en binnen het DIT-netwerk. Tot je taken behoren verder: - Het uitbreiden van de samenwerking met scholen, UWV, re-integratiebedrijven en andere instroompartners; - Het aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van vakkrachten op de werkvloer; - Het actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en het uitbouwen van bestaande relaties; - Diverse commercieel-administratieve werkzaamheden en het bijhouden van ons CRM-systeem. Over jou Je bent een aanpakker die energie haalt uit contact met mensen. Je communiceert vlot, schakelt snel en hebt het vermogen om vertrouwen op te bouwen, zowel bij klanten als bij vakkrachten. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Affiniteit met de technische branche; - De Basisopleiding Intercedent (SEU) en VIL-VCU, of de bereidheid deze te behalen; - Rijbewijs B.
