Als Accountmanager gebruik je jouw kennis om die vragen te doorgronden en onze technische expertise op de juiste plek in te zetten. Functieomschrijving en taken - Je bouwt aan relaties met industriële klanten in Zuidwest-Nederland; De regio heeft betrekking op projectlocaties in West-Brabant (Bergen op Zoom, Moerdijk etc.) en het Rotterdams havengebied. - Je spreekt met mensen uit maintenance, operations en projectmanagement, begrijpt hun uitdagingen en vertaalt die naar een aanpak waarmee Perfact technische waarde toevoegt; - Je ontwikkelt bestaande klantrelaties verder en opent deuren bij nieuwe organisaties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met jouw team in Utrecht; - Je neemt eigenaarschap over de commerciële ontwikkeling van jouw regio: van marktontwikkeling en relatiebeheer tot forecasting en het opbouwen van een sterk portfolio. De inhoud is daarbij steeds het vertrekpunt; - Je weet welke kennis en professionals nodig zijn om een klantvraag goed aan te pakken en werkt samen met recruitment om die expertise te verbinden; - Waar nodig zoek en rekruteer je zelf de geschikte professionals. Functie eisen Accountmanager technische projectorganisatie - HBO werk- & denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting en/of commerciële/bedrijfskundige richting; - Aantoonbare commerciële ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving of ervaring vanuit de arbeidsbemiddeling gericht op techniek; - Een bestaand netwerk in de industrie qua opdrachtgevers en of kandidaten is een absolute pré; - Affiniteit met technische disciplines zoals werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek binnen de (proce...
