Jouw uitdaging als Accountmanager Unified Communications Als Accountmanager Unified Communications ben jij hét gezicht van Unica voor jouw klanten. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en denkt strategisch mee over telefonie- en communicatievraagstukken. Deze vertaal je naar passende, toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Je beheert bestaande klantrelaties en weet deze verder uit te bouwen door kansen te signaleren en te benutten. Met jouw commerciële inzicht en sterke adviesvaardigheden lever je een directe bijdrage aan de groeiambities van Unica. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s zoals productspecialisten, de binnendienst en service- & deliverymanagers om klanten de best mogelijke dienstverlening te bieden. Wat ga je doen? Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke, duurzame klantrelaties Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten Adviseren over telefonie- en communicatieoplossingen Opstellen en overtuigend presenteren van offertes en contracten Intensief samenwerken met interne teams om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen Actief volgen van marktontwikkelingen en inspelen op klant- en concurrentiebehoeften Wat biedt Unica jou?
