Over ons Als accountmanager vastgoed ben je strategisch eigenaar van de vastgoedportefeuille en geef je richting aan een toekomstbestendige, financieel duurzame en maatschappelijk waardevolle portefeuille. Je bepaalt welke panden de gemeente behoudt, aankoopt, transformeert of afstoot en hebt daarmee directe invloed op belangrijke maatschappelijke voorzieningen. Je maakt integrale keuzes waarbij sociaal-maatschappelijke belangen, financiële kaders en de langetermijnvisie van de gemeente samenkomen. De functie heeft een duidelijke politiek-bestuurlijke en financiële impact. Je adviseert bestuur en management over strategische vastgoedvraagstukken en investeringen en houdt rekening met de gevolgen voor de meerjarenbegroting. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met huurders, maatschappelijke organisaties en andere externe partners. Juist het verbinden van deze verschillende belangen maakt deze functie uitdagend en betekenisvol. Deze vacature staat uit voor 36 uur in de week. Met een visie van 10 tot 15 jaar bepaal je mede de koers van de vastgoedportefeuille. Zo bouw je aan een vastgoedportefeuille die financieel gezond, toekomstbestendig én van maatschappelijke waarde is voor de gemeente Vught. Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze functie is het coördineren en aansturen van een team van zes accommodatiebeheerders. Hieronder lees je meer over wat deze verantwoordelijkheid precies inhoudt.
