Voor een bedrijf in regio West Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een Accountmanager specialisatie ventilatie;

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de markt voor onderhoudscontracten en serviceprojecten. Je staat mee in voor de uitbouw van onze business unit Service & Maintenance.

  • Je bouwt niet gewoon een salesaanpak van nul op — je denkt en handelt als een ondernemer.
  • Je begrijpt dat elke organisatie met technische installaties, en elke klant van een ventilatiebedrijf, een potentiële onderhoudsklant kan zijn.
  • Je legt zelf contacten met facility- en maintenance managers, opent deuren en creëert vraag nog vóór iemand erom vraagt
  • Je bent niet iemand die wacht op leads, maar iemand die zelf de markt opzoekt.
  • Je prospecteert, overtuigt en sluit deals af. Je bouwt stap voor stap een klantenportefeuille uit in Service & Maintenance.
  • Actief prospecteren en leads genereren binnen B2B, zowel via directe prospectie als via meer passieve kanalen zoals netwerkevents, marketingacties en sectorinitiatieven. Je weet opportuniteiten te spotten en benut ze.
  • Nieuwe klanten aanspreken en vraag creëren in de markt.

Calculaties en offertes voorbereiden

  • Je eigen pipeline en structuur opbouwen via CRM.

Profiel

Je bent iemand die:

  • Hands-on is: je ziet werk en pakt het vast
  • Durft ondernemen en initiatief neemt
  • Energie haalt uit prospectie en business development
  • Graag werkt met duidelijke targets en bonussen als motivator

Ervaring

  • Je hebt ervaring in B2B outside sales, (of je bent een junior met lef en commerciële flair)
  • Een technische achtergrond is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must
  • Je hoeft geen people manager te zijn, we zoeken een pure salesbuilder

Praktisch

  • Werkgebied: Vlaanderen (met groeiperspectief richting Zuid-Nederland)
  • Combinatie van kantoor, klantbezoeken en zelfstandig prospectiewerk
  • Ondersteuning vanuit back-office voor administratie en calculaties
