Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Sales Manager binnen West- en Oost-Vlaanderen?

  • Uitbouwen van een internationaal kwaliteitsmerk op de Belgische markt
  • Verder ontwikkelen van een bestaand klantenbestand en warm netwerk, waardoor de focus ligt op relatiebeheer en business development in plaats van pure koude prospectie
  • Bezoeken van installateurs, studiebureaus, architecten, projectontwikkelaars en groothandelaars om nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren
  • Adviseren van klanten over professionele verlichtingsoplossingen en meedenken over technische vraagstukken
  • Opvolgen van projecten van eerste contact tot realisatie, in samenwerking met de interne collega's
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en fungeren als vaste contactpersoon
  • Actief meedenken over de commerciële strategie en verdere groei op de Belgische markt

Onze klant Onze klant is een internationale producent van hoogwaardige professionele verlichtingsoplossingen met een uitstekende reputatie binnen de sector. Vandaag staat het merk nog aan het begin van zijn Belgische verhaal, waardoor deze functie een unieke kans biedt om mee de fundamenten te leggen voor verdere groei.

Hoewel het merk nieuw is op de Belgische markt, wordt er gestart vanuit een bestaand netwerk van professionele klanten en partners. Hierdoor ligt de focus op het verder uitbouwen van relaties en het creëren van nieuwe opportuniteiten, eerder dan op pure koude prospectie.

Binnen deze financieel sterke internationale groep staan autonomie, vertrouwen en ondernemerschap centraal. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen en familiale sfeer krijg je alle ruimte om impact te maken. Wie ben jij als Sales Manager binnen West- en Oost-Vlaanderen?

  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële B2B-functie
  • Ervaring binnen verlichting is een sterke troef, maar geen vereiste
  • Technische affiniteit, bijvoorbeeld met elektriciteit, bouw of installatietechnieken
  • Een ondernemende, zelfstandige en proactieve mindset
  • Sterk in het uitbouwen van langdurige klantenrelaties
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Frans en/of Engels zijn een plus
  • Voelt zich thuis in een no-nonsense omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt
