Als Accountmanager Verzekeringen speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere groei. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande partners en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten. Dankzij jouw commerciële inzicht en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve verzekeringsoplossingen die perfect aansluiten bij de behoeften van klanten en partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met beroepsverenigingen, federaties en andere partners.
  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe samenwerkingen opzetten.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en omzetten in duurzame groei.
  • Verzekeringsoplossingen uitwerken die aansluiten bij de noden van klanten en hun leden.
  • Kansen voor up- en cross-selling binnen de bestaande portefeuille identificeren en benutten.
  • Onderhandelen met klanten, partners en verzekeraars om tot succesvolle samenwerkingen te komen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne collega's en een gespecialiseerd backoffice-team voor een vlotte opvolging.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales & Development Manager.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een commerciële professional met ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector.

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • PCP- of VVD-attest is een troef.
  • Ervaring binnen professionele verzekeringen.
  • Kennis van Affinity-verzekeringen is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke commerciële en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Analytisch, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bouwt vlot duurzame relaties uit met klanten en partners.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Frans is een mooie extra.
