De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Accountmanager:

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met verzekeringsmakelaars binnen Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Analyseren van de behoeften van makelaars en adviseren over passende verzekeringsoplossingen binnen het niet-leven segment.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie als vaste contactpersoon en vertrouwenspartner voor je klanten.
  • Actief detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en genereren van nieuwe business.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, contracten en klantendossiers.
  • Correct beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens en commerciële afspraken.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van marktontwikkelingen, trends en concurrentie om commerciële kansen maximaal te benutten.
  • Deelnemen aan teammeetings, netwerkevents en commerciële activiteiten.

Binnen een hecht team krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te ondernemen, relaties uit te bouwen en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie. Wie jij bent als Accountmanager:

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector, bij voorkeur in een commerciële B2B-functie.
  • Grondige kennis van verzekeringsproducten binnen niet-leven.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en sterk in relatiebeheer.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot in het opbouwen van vertrouwen.
  • Resultaatgericht met een ondernemende en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Sterk in het detecteren van opportuniteiten en het omzetten ervan naar concrete resultaten.
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig. Kennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en verantwoordelijk.
