Wil jij ondernemers adviseren en zelf je klantenportefeuille uitbouwen?

Voor een sterk groeiende, onafhankelijke verzekeringsmakelaar in regio Zandhoven zoeken we een Accountmanager KMO.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie met veel expertise in bedrijfsverzekeringen, korte beslissingslijnen en een uitgesproken focus op zelfstandigen en KMO’s. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je klantenportefeuille te beheren en verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountmanager ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers en KMO-klanten.

Je:

  • Beheert en verdiept een bestaande klantenportefeuille
  • Gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en opportuniteiten
  • Brengt bedrijfsrisico’s en verzekeringsbehoeften in kaart
  • Adviseert klanten over oplossingen op maat
  • Gaat voornamelijk bij klanten ter plaatse
  • Werkt nauw samen met interne klantenbeheerders
  • Neemt deel aan netwerkevents en commerciële acties

Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt al ervaring binnen verzekeringen en voelt je goed in een commerciële adviesrol.

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over:

  • Minstens 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in verzekeringen
  • Kennis van verzekeringen voor zelfstandigen of KMO’s
  • Een commerciële en ondernemende ingesteldheid
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • De discipline om zelfstandig je agenda en portefeuille te beheren
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt

Je hoeft geen pure hunter te zijn. Een adviseur die sterk is in klantenrelaties en commerciële opportuniteiten ziet, kan hier eveneens succesvol zijn.
