Ben jij een echte hunter die energie haalt uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het uitbouwen van commerciële opportuniteiten? Voor een internationale logistieke speler zijn we op zoek naar een Account Manager Zeevracht die de markt verder ontwikkelt en bedrijven adviseert over efficiënte zeevrachtoplossingen. In deze rol krijg je de vrijheid om actief de baan op te gaan, nieuwe klanten te overtuigen en langdurige commerciële relaties uit te bouwen.

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je ontwikkelt en realiseert commerciële doelstellingen om zowel bestaande als nieuwe markten te ontdekken en uitbouwen.
  • Je bouwt actief aan een uitgebreid klantenportfolio door prospectie en het proactief opvolgen van leads.
  • Je biedt creatieve, op maat gemaakte oplossingen aan klanten, rekening houdend met hun specifieke wensen en markttrends.
  • Je onderhoudt en versterkt bestaande klantrelaties door up- & cross-selling.
  • Je monitoren de markt en analyseert de concurrentie om je strategieën hierop af te stemmen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de sales manager en werkt nauw samen met logistieke teams om de klanten optimaal te bedienen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring binnen sales in en gelijkende sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met zeevracht, specifieker expeditie binnen de sector.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent een echte hunter en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, denkt pragmatisch mee met de klant en weet creatieve oplossingen uit te werken binnen een complexe logistieke omgeving
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, communicatief sterk en klantgericht
