Wil jij de eisen en verwachtingen van zorgverzekeraars vertalen naar praktische en uitvoerbare oplossingen? En ben jij daarbij in staat om contractering, inrichting en financiering zodanig vorm te geven dat deze aansluiten bij de gestelde kaders en ambities? Bij de zorgverkoopafdeling van Fier zoeken we een Accountmanager Zorgverkoop met aandachtsgebied Zorgverzekeringswet (Zvw) GGZ. Wat is zorgverkoop? Zorgverkoop bij Fier betreft de verkoop van zorgproducten en -diensten aan gemeenten, zorgverzekeraars, zorgkantoren en zorgorganisaties. Het team onderhandelt met financiers en faciliteert het zorgcontracteringsproces. Je adviseert en informeert de Raad van Bestuur en directie gevraagd en ongevraagd over wet- en regelgeving en eventuele nieuwe kansen en risico's. Daarnaast onderhoudt Zorgverkoop de relaties met financiers, voert aanbestedingen en subsidieaanvragen uit, stuurt implementaties aan, en bewaakt contractafspraken. Zorgverkoop is essentieel voor elke zorgorganisatie en raakt aspecten als relatiemanagement, projectleiderschap, verkoopbeleid, contractbeheer, juridische en financiële vraagstukken, en inhoudelijke expertise. Het gaat verder dan alleen aanbestedingen en contracten; ook marketing, lobby en het onderhouden van verwijslijnen maken er onderdeel van uit. In feite moet elke medewerker een ambassadeur zijn voor het verkrijgen van de juiste cliënten en financiering. Wat ga je doen? Binnen deze functie ben jij binnen Fier de onmisbare deskundige op het gebied van de Zorgverzekeringswet m.b.t. de GGZ en het Zorgprestatiemodel (ZPM).
