The posting

Als AP Accountant ben je de centrale spil binnen de leveranciersboekhouding. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het volledige AP-proces en werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance, aankoop, IT en de business.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verwerken van aankoopfacturen en creditnota's via zowel digitale systemen als manuele workflows.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van betalingsruns en uitzonderlijke betalingen.
  • Beheren en analyseren van leveranciersrekeningen en openstaande posten.
  • Opvolgen en reconciliëren van AP-gerelateerde balansrekeningen.
  • Controleren van correcte codering, btw-verwerking en periodetoewijzing.
  • Aanleveren van accurate input voor cashflow- en liquiditeitsprognoses.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief bijdragen aan verdere automatisering en optimalisatie van het AP-proces.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor leveranciersboekhouding binnen de financiële afdeling

Wie ben jij?Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of boekhoudkundige richting, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen leveranciersboekhouding of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Sterke kennis van boekhoudkundige processen, btw-verwerking en reconciliaties.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je begrijpt de impact van leveranciersboekhouding op cashflow, werkkapitaal en financiële rapportering.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Business Central of Navision.
  • Kennis van digitale facturatiestromen zoals EDI, Peppol of Kofax.
  • Goede kennis van Engels en/of Frans.
  • Interesse in procesoptimalisatie en financiële digitalisering.
  • Ervaring met balansopvolging en maandafsluitingen.
