Konvert Construct is op zoek naar een gedreven HR Business Partner met oog voor structuur, nauwkeurigheid en mensgericht werken.

Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, dicht bij medewerkers staat en energie haalt uit een brede, allround HR-rol? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou!

Als HR Business Partner werk je nauw samen met de HR Manager en sta je in voor een correcte HR-administratie en een foutloze maandelijkse payroll. Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor ongeveer 125 medewerkers en krijgt de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte en moderne HR-werking.

Daarnaast ondersteun je ook in rekrutering en draag je bij aan de optimalisatie van onze HR-processen.

Jouw taken:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse payroll en opvolging van tijdsregistratie
  • Beheer van HR-administratie rond in-, door- en uitstroom
  • Up-to-date houden van personeelsdossiers en verzorgen van interne communicatie
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met HR-gerelateerde vragen
  • Actieve ondersteuning bij rekrutering en selectie
  • Meewerken aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van HR-processen
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen Accounts Payable
  • Grondige kennis van btw en boekhoudkundige processen
  • Bachelor of master in boekhouding, finance of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP of Odoo) en vlotte kennis van MS Office
  • Analytisch sterk met oog voor detail
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en goed georganiseerd
  • In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te respecteren
  • Sterk in zowel zelfstandig werk als teamwork
  • Communicatief en leergierig ingesteld
  • Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands, met kennis Frans en/of Engels
