In deze functie zorg je samen met je collega's voor een betrouwbare crediteurenadministratie en draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen. Je komt terecht in een internationaal Finance-team binnen een informele organisatie waar hard werken wordt gecombineerd met een nuchtere cultuur en een gezonde dosis humor. Ben jij secuur, voel je je verantwoordelijk voor je werk en haal je graag het maximale uit financiële systemen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Over de functie Als Accounts Payable Officer maak je onderdeel uit van het Finance-team. Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior Accounts Payable Officer en rapporteert aan de Teamlead Accounts Payable & Treasury. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de inkoopfacturen. Daarbij beperk je je niet tot het uitvoeren van vaste werkzaamheden: je kijkt ook kritisch naar bestaande processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Dankzij jouw affiniteit met systemen weet je automatiseringsmogelijkheden optimaal te benutten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het registreren, coderen en boeken van inkoopfacturen in Medius; - Het aanmaken en beheren van boekingstemplates; - Het controleren en bewaken van tussenrekeningen en crediteurenkaarten; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders; - Het signaleren en initiëren van procesverbeteringen; - Het ondersteunen bij diverse ad-hoc werkzaamheden binnen de financiële afdeling. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en afwijkingen tijdig worden opgepakt. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en verder geautomatiseerd kunnen worden.
