Van Moer Logistics is een groeiende logistieke dienstverlener, actief in transport en distributie, opslag, binnenvaart- en luchtvaartactiviteiten en tankcontainerlogistiek. Ons doel is om de logistieke processen van onze klanten naadloos te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.

Om deze groei te ondersteunen zoeken we een accounts payable officer.

Je neemt end-to-end ownership over de leverancierscyclus, bouwt mee aan procesverbetering en automatisering en zorgt voor een strakke maandafsluiting. Je werkt nauw samen met andere finance afdelingen, HR, operations en externe partners.

Je rol

  • Volledige AP-verwerking: van factuurontvangst (binnenkort Peppol) tot betaling, boeken van leveranciersbanken en afsluiting.
  • Maandafsluiting & cut-off: balansreconciliaties van leveranciers en diverse balansrekeningen, ageing-analyses.
  • Betalingsruns & cash planning: voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen in overleg met treasury
  • Kwaliteitscontrole offsore team
  • Samenwerking & communicatie: vlotte afstemming met leveranciers en interne teams, waarbij je oplossingen zoekt die voor iedereen werken.

Welk profiel zoeken we

  • 3–5+ jaar ervaring in Accounts Payable functie of een gelijkaardige rol met ervaring in maandafsluiting & cut-off
  • Sterke boekhoudkundige basis
  • Weten wat e-facturatie (Peppol) inhoudt
  • Vlot met ERP (ervaring met Microsoft Business Central is een plus)
  • Zeer goede Excel kennis
  • Nederlands en Engels: vlot mondeling en schriftelijk; extra taal is een plus.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ownership-gedreven; je houdt van first-time-right en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Ervaring in logistiek/distributie is een troef, geen must.
