Wij zijn op zoek naar een zeer bekwame en gemotiveerde persoon om ons boekhoudteam te versterken. Als Accounts Payable Specialist speel je een cruciale rol in het opzetten en uitvoeren van onze Accounts Payable 2.0-processen. Je helpt bij de overgang van handmatige factuurverwerking naar geautomatiseerde workflows, met een focus op KPI-rapportering, efficiëntieverbetering en transparantie. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en heeft gevorderde kennis van Excel en SAP.

Deze functie richt zich op het aanpakken van bestaande uitdagingen, het opzetten van robuuste processen en het waarborgen van een nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van alle Accounts Payable-stromen.

Testen en implementeren van nieuwe of geüpdatete systemen voor leveranciersfactuurbeheer.

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van efficiënte processen en KPI’s om handmatige taken te stroomlijnen en te monitoren.
  • Invoeren van cruciale controlepunten voor automatisch geboekte facturen om nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie te waarborgen.
  • Samenwerken met de logistieke en inkoopafdelingen om verbeterkansen te identificeren en het aantal automatisch verwerkte facturen te verhogen.
  • Opzetten en onderhouden van volledige Procure-to-Pay (P2P)-rapportages met gebruik van geavanceerde Excel- en SAP-kennis.
  • Begeleiden en trainen van het boekhoudteam om kennisleemtes te overbruggen en de algehele efficiëntie van het team te verbeteren.
  • Transparantie bevorderen in operationele processen, leverancierssaldi en geschillenoplossingen.
  • Masterdiploma in boekhouding, financiën of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in accounts payable of een vergelijkbare boekhoudfunctie met focus op procesverbetering.
  • Gevorderde kennis van Excel en gemiddelde kennis van SAP.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
  • Analytisch vermogen om controles te ontwerpen en implementeren voor automatisering binnen het P2P-proces.
  • Vermogen om leiding te geven en samen te werken met cross-functionele en internationale teams.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, goede organisatievaardigheden en tijdsbeheer.
  • Flexibiliteit om zich aan te passen aan een dynamische werkomgeving en positieve veranderingen te realiseren.
