* Verantwortung für die Überprüfung der Zahlungskonditionen unserer Kunden sowie deren Bonität

* Fakturierung unserer Aufträge, Erstellung und Versand von Rechnungen an unsere Kunden

** Kontrolle der Rechnungsdaten und insbesondere der Umsatzsteuerberechnungen

* Exportabwicklung inklusive Erstellung und Aufbereitung aller erforderlichen Zoll- und Exportdokumente

** Unterstützung bei der Klassifizierung unserer Waren

** Beantragung von Exportlizenzen

** Abwicklung von Exportgarantien sowie Dokumentenakkreditiven (L/C)

* Forderungsmanagement in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, inkl. Mahnwesen und Überwachung der offenen Posten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (mind. Maturaniveau; Hochschulabschluss von Vorteil)

* 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportabwicklung sowie der Tarifierung von Waren

* Erfahrung in den Bereichen Fakturierung und Bilanzierung (von Vorteil)

* Erfolgreich absolvierte Buchhalterprüfung (von Vorteil)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Word und Excel)

* Teamleader- oder Führungserfahrung (von Vorteil)

* Teamplayermentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative, genauer und strukturierter Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gutes Zahlenverständnis

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestbezug für diese Position beträgt 3.802,93 Euro brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
