Om ons finance team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Accounts Receivable Officer (m/v/x) voor onze klant te Kontich.

Hou jij van structuur in cijfers, duidelijke communicatie met klanten en dossiers die tot in de puntjes kloppen? Dan zou jij wel eens de klasbak kunnen zijn die we zoeken!

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het nauwgezet opvolgen en controleren van betalingen bij onze klanten. Dit omvat het beheren van de openstaande posten, het identificeren van achterstallige betalingen en het communiceren met klanten om eventuele betalingsproblemen op te lossen. Dankzij jouw uitstekende communicatievaardigheden onderhoud je vlot contact met onze klanten en interne afdelingen. Jouw analytische inzicht helpt je om betalingsproblemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen.

Wat wordt jouw rol?

  • In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat onze financiële administratie correct en vlot blijft draaien, jij:
  • volgt openstaande facturen en betalingen van klanten nauwkeurig op.
  • detecteert achterstallige betalingen en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen.
  • helpt bij het voorbereiden van rapportages en ondersteunt bij de maandelijkse afsluitingen.
  • staat in contact met klanten om vragen, rappels of betalingsproblemen op te lossen.
  • werkt samen met interne afdelingen om een vlotte financiële workflow te garanderen.
  • Met jouw aanpak zorg jij ervoor dat alles correct, duidelijk en efficiënt verloopt.

Gaat dit over jou?

  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans is extra troef.
  • Kennis van boekhouding, een afgeronde opleiding in een financiële richting is een pluspunt!
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, zoals credit controller of debiteurenbeheerder.
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware (Venice) en een goede beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel, om gegevensanalyse te vergemakkelijken.
  • Kritische blik, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail.
  • Sociaalvaardig met de mogelijkheid om effectief te communiceren met klanten en teamleden.
  • Proactieve houding en vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
