Een Belgische koekjesbakker die sinds de jaren dertig uitgroeide tot een wereldwijd snackmerk, toont hoe productielijnen, merkenbouw en retailpartners samen een bedrijf groot maken. Ook in de handel achter de schappen draait alles om betrouwbare retailrelaties: wie de winkelrekken van supermarkten en speciaalzaken vult, heeft afnemers nodig die op tijd betalen. Als Belgische leverancier van snacks en accessoires voor de retail bouwt onze klant al jaren aan zo'n stabiel netwerk van B2B-klanten in binnen- en buitenland en wil zijn debiteurenbeheer verder versterken. Voor het financeteam in de Kempen zoeken wij een Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Takenpakket:

  • Je bent de stem van de financiële afdeling voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland: je beantwoordt hun vragen over facturatie en betaling, bemiddelt bij meningsverschillen en spreekt wanbetalers aan in hun eigen taal.
  • Achter de schermen bewaak je de kredietpositie van elke afnemer: je onderzoekt de kredietwaardigheid, stemt limieten af met het salesteam en vraagt ze aan, je geeft geblokkeerde leveringen al dan niet vrij en zet risicodossiers door naar de kredietverzekeraar, die je verder opvolgt.
  • Je zorgt dat de administratie klopt: correcte klantgegevens in het ERP, vlotte domiciliëringen via SEPA, afgepunte openstaande saldi en geboekte betalingsverschillen. Daarbij werk je samen met de factoringpartij en het accountingteam en lever je stukken aan voor de audit.

Profiel:

  • Talen eerst: je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans, Engels én Nederlands, en met Duits maak je een sterke indruk. Je bent communicatief, assertief waar nodig, analytisch en precies.
  • Je opleiding: een bachelor, of hetzelfde niveau via praktijkervaring in debiteurenbeheer, credit control of boekhouding. Je bent beschikbaar voor een 39-urenweek.
  • Je bent vaardig met Excel en vertrouwd met (of snel thuis in) een ERP-systeem.
