Votre rôle

  • Vous intervenez en tant qu'acheteur avec une approche résolument opérationnelle, en support des équipes métiers et IT, afin de définir, structurer et exécuter des procédures d'achat conformes à la réglementation des marchés publics.
  • Vous agissez comme véritable business partner, en lien avec les équipes internes, les fonctions juridiques et les fournisseurs, pour garantir des résultats à la fois performants et conforme

Vos responsabilités

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'achat IT (software, SaaS, services IT, hardware)
  • Accompagner les équipes internes dans la formalisation des besoins
  • Traduire les besoins métiers en documents de marché robustes et conformes
  • Gérer des procédures de marchés publics de A à Z (publication, analyse, attribution)
  • Conduire des négociations fournisseurs à niveau local et international
  • Structurer les contrats (scope, pricing, SLA) en collaboration avec le juridique
  • Garantir la conformité aux règles internes et à la législation marchés publics
  • Gérer la relation fournisseurs (SRM), y compris les escalades
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques achats

Votre profil

  • Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en achats IT
  • Expérience confirmée en marchés publics (Belgique ou Europe)
  • Maîtrise des procédures d'achat end-to-end
  • Expertise en sourcing IT (logiciels, SaaS, services, outsourcing)
  • Expérience dans des environnements multi-parties prenantes
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et hands-on
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de structuration et de communication
  • Bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais
