Acquisiteur Vastgoed (junior/medior) bij Domust Investments Aan- & verkoop van vastgoed | woningen | junior / medior-niveau | commercieel & assertief De functie Domust Investments is een actieve vastgoedinvesteerder en -handelaar met een sterke focus op residentieel vastgoed en het creëren van meerwaarde door optimalisatie en herontwikkeling. Domust richt zich met name op de aankoop, verkoop, herontwikkeling en exploitatie van residentieel vastgoed, maar ook ander commercieel beleggingsvastgoed. De onderneming koopt vastgoed deels voor de eigen portefeuille, maar verkoopt daarnaast objecten ook aan particuliere en professionele beleggers. Door onder meer transformaties, woningsplitsingen, optoppen en renovaties probeert Domust vastgoed te optimaliseren en extra woonruimte te creëren. Wat ga je doen Als Acquisiteur Vastgoed ben je veelzijdig inzetbaar en help je met de acquisitie en verkoop van geschikte beleggingspanden. Je belt leads na, beoordeelt panden op huidige huurstroom en huurpotentie. Daarnaast kijk je verder: Kan er gesplitst worden, opgebouwd of op een andere manier geoptimaliseerd? Vanaf dag één word je in alle werkzaamheden betrokken en werk je aan een breed takenpakket. Je zult beginnen met gerichte taken op acquisitie en verkoop. Maar al snel zal dit uitbreiden: aankopen, bezichtigen, onderhandelen en verkopen. Een veelzijdige baan met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt nauw samen met je andere collega's in een klein team en/of met de directie. Deze zullen je coachen, maar ook pak je projecten gezamenlijk op. We werken vanuit een kantoor in Almere. Nadat je goed bent ingewerkt, kan je deels vanuit huis werken. We zoeken iemand die niet bang is om te bellen. Je bent mondig en hebt affiniteit met vastgoed. Ervaring in sales en met telefonische acquisitie is belangrijk. Ervaring in het vastgoed is fijn, maar niet doorslaggevend.
