Jouw rol Als Acquisitie & Accountmanager Beveiliging ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand. Jij gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat potentiële klanten daadwerkelijk klant worden. Je richt je onder andere op vaste beveiligingsopdrachten, evenementen, horeca, objectbeveiliging en andere zakelijke opdrachtgevers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en opdrachtgevers; - Telefonisch, per mail en persoonlijk acquisitie plegen; - Nieuwe beveiligingsopdrachten en langdurige contracten binnenhalen; - Leads opvolgen en commerciële kansen benutten; - Afspraken maken met potentiële opdrachtgevers; - Offertes en voorstellen opvolgen; - Onderhandelen over samenwerkingen en contracten; - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties; - Signaleren van nieuwe kansen in de beveiligingsmarkt; - Meedenken over de commerciële groei van Dynamic Security. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken iemand die z elfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht is. Je hoeft niet jarenlang ervaring te hebben in de beveiligingsbranche. Belangrijker vinden wij dat je commercieel sterk bent, goed kunt communiceren en niet bang bent om de telefoon te pakken of een bedrijf binnen te stappen.
