Lilian Hendrick, Hoofd Human Resources Acquisitie & Marketing Lead Als Acquisitie & Marketing Lead stuur je het campagneteam van de VriendenLoterij aan en ben je de strategische rechterhand van het Hoofd Marketing. Jij zorgt dat onze campagnes overal opvallen én maximaal renderen. Bovendien: met jouw werk lever je, net als je collega's, elke dag een bijdrage aan alle goede doelen die we steunen. Charlotte Regout, Hoofd Marketing VriendenLoterij: "Het mooie van deze rol is de breedte ervan. Je draait aan alle knoppen van de marketingmix om een campagne te laten samenkomen. Voor mij ben je een waardevolle strategische sparringpartner en een belangrijke go-to person voor alle teams." Dit ga je doen: - Je stuurt het campagneteam (5 fte) aan, dat jaarlijks tien tot twaalf omnichannelcampagnes opzet en uitrolt, van grote crossmediale campagnes tot kleinere online- of DM-only activaties; - Je bepaalt samen met je team, het interne creatieve team en externe bureaus welke kanalen de beste conversie opleveren, en stuurt daarop het campagnebudget; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van campagnes via direct mail, insert, outdoor, radio en televisie, en stuurt hierin proactief de samenwerking met bureaus aan; - Als strategische rechterhand van het Hoofd Marketing bouw je mee aan jaarplannen, budgetten en de commerciële kalender; - Je vertaalt data en inzichten naar scherpere keuzes in de marketingmix, met oog voor de volle breedte van de funnel.
