Het team Als Talent Acquisition specialist start je in het (internationale) recruitment team onder leiding van Rob. Dit team werft kandidaten in Nederland, maar ook ver daarbuiten voor de sectoren Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences en IT. Er wordt toptalent geworven voor opdrachtgevers als de Nederlandse overheid, Nike, Thales, maar ook voor de European Space Agency en European Medicines Agency. Een uiteenlopende uitdaging! Op kantoor word je omringd door een internationaal team van recruitment collega's, business managers en engineers. Je wisselt het werken op ons hoofdkantoor in Zaltbommel af met thuiswerken. Als onderdeel van het internationale recruitmentteam communiceer jij moeiteloos in het Engels en leer je graag meer over de verschillende culturen binnen het team. Hoewel je team verspreid is over het land, is iedereen via Microsoft Teams binnen handbereik. Regelmatig komen we op kantoor samen om van elkaar te leren, te sparren en successen te vieren.
