Valkenhof heeft een mooie vacature voor een medewerker gebouwenbeheer voor 36 uur per week. De uren mogen worden verdeeld over vier werkdagen, waarbij de vrijdag een vaste werkdag is. Team en afdeling: Je bent werkzaam binnen het Facilitair Bedrijf en inzetbaar op alle locaties in Valkenswaard en Leende. Samen met je directe collega's zorg je voor een leefbare en veilige woon- en werkomgeving voor alle bewoners, gasten én medewerkers. Je werkt volgens een vast rooster, tussen 07.00 en 17.30 uur. Wat ga je doen? Op verzoek van je collega's van de Servicedesk of meldingen vanuit het FMIS systeem voer je allerlei klussen uit. Je werkt veel zelfstandig, dus het is belangrijk dat je snel ziet wat nodig is, een oplossing hebt en het werk goed kan organiseren. Je zorgt voor reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en facilitaire verzoeken in- en rondom onze gebouwen. De werkzaamheden variëren van het repareren van een kapotte deur tot het ophangen van een schilderijtje of het nodige schilderwerk. Maar denk ook aan reparaties van bijvoorbeeld meubilair, klein elektra, rollende materialen en installaties. De storingen handel je af en mocht er externe expertise nodig zijn, dan schakel je direct met je collega's van de Servicedesk. Voor externe partijen in het vastgoed, bijvoorbeeld de installateur, ben je op de locatie het eerste aanspreekpunt. Verder verzorg je bestellingen en beheer je de materialen en onderdelen. Uiteraard heb je altijd oog voor de (brand)veiligheid in en rondom de gebouwen, je test maandelijks de brandmeldcentrale conform ons BHV protocol.
