Delen: Als activeringsmedewerker aan jou de schone taak te zorgen voor een spetterend aanbod voor onze cliënten! Als activeringsbegeleider zorg je voor het bedenken en opzetten van een gevarieerd aanbod aan activiteiten. De focus ligt op het opstarten en organiseren van groepsactiviteiten maar ook individuele activiteiten die behoren tot de mogelijkheden. Het doel hiervan is een zinvolle tijdsbesteding te bieden dan wel reactivering en bevordering van de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënten. Het is een nieuwe functie waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de andere collega's binnen het team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het budget van de materialen, materiaalvoorraad en voor de voorbereidingen van bestaande en nieuwe activiteiten. Je hebt ook overleg met je indirecte collega's in dezelfde rol op andere Kwintes locaties. In deze functie werk je op twee vaste dagen. We denken hierbij aan de maandag en de vrijdag. Jouw werkplek Je werkt in het Schilderskwartier in Woerden bij team Hobbemastraat, op een locatie voor beschermd wonen met 24/7 begeleiding. Naast de cliënten van deze locatie kunnen ook cliënten van Beschermd Thuis Woerden aansluiten bij de activering. Deze cliënten wonen zelfstandig in hun eigen huis met 24/7 begeleiding. Het centrum en openbaar vervoer zijn op loopafstand. Onze doelgroep is divers: van jongvolwassenen tot ouderen, met specialisaties zoals autisme, verslavingsproblematiek en begeleiding naar zelfstandigheid. Samen zorgen we voor structuur, een passende invulling van de dag en een veilige woonomgeving. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team dat graag samenwerkt en zich continu ontwikkelt om de beste zorg te bieden. Over Kwintes Kwintes ondersteunt mensen met een psychiatrische of psychosociale kwetsbaarheid. Wij bieden onze cliënten vakkundig hulp bij wonen, werken en leren, om een zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven te leiden.
