Siza zoekt een Activeringsmedewerker Regionaal Expertisecentrum NAH+ Voor mensen met Niet-Aangeboren Hersenletsel NAH (+) is het leven na een ingrijpende gebeurtenis niet meer wat het was. Ze zoeken houvast, duidelijkheid en iemand die hen helpt om weer regie te vinden. Activeringsmedewerker Regionaal Expertisecentrum NAH+ De Mast- en de Schaddeweg vormen samen het Regionaal Expertisecentrum (REC) voor mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel en bijkomende problematiek (NAH+). Clienten die verblijven bij het REC NAH+ hebben een (zeer) ernstig verlies van regie over het eigen gedrag, wat blijkt uit de frequentie en/of de ernst en de impact daarvan op iemand zelf en/of diens omgeving; - De cliënt heeft een (zeer) ernstige stoornis in de zelfregulering van het emotioneel functioneren in combinatie met een of meerdere van de onderstaande stoornissen: Ernstige meervoudige cognitieve stoornissen, waaronder in elk geval stoornissen qua executief functioneren en/of de sociale cognitie; - Onvoldoende vermogen tot of het volledig ontbreken van inzicht in het eigen functioneren en/of zelfreflectie; - Een stoornis in prikkelverwerking (sensorische informatieverwerking); - De cliënt is vaak niet in staat om het eigen probleemgedrag aan te passen waardoor er een noodzaak is tot een hierop toegeruste omgeving met 24/7 begeleiding, direct toezicht en bescherming. - Door de lichamelijke of neurologische gevolgen van het hersenletsel is hulp bij of overname van (instrumentele) algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen ((I)ADL) noodzakelijk. Activeringsmedewerker Als activeringsmedewerker zorg je samen met je collega's voor mensen met NAH+. Dit doe je door in mogelijkheden te denken en passende activiteiten aan te bieden zodat zij een zinvolle en leuke daginvulling hebben.
