Voor onze nieuwe dagbestedingslocatie De Hofstee in Spijkenisse zoeken wij meerdere activiteitenbegeleiders niveau 3 of 4. Samen met cliënten en collega's bouw je aan een plek waar gelijkwaardigheid, ontwikkeling en werkplezier centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt cliënten met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking tijdens hun dagbesteding. Samen zorg je voor een actieve, zinvolle en gestructureerde werkdag. Je ontvangt cliënten, bereidt samen de werkzaamheden voor en gaat vervolgens aan de slag. Binnen de servicegroep begeleid je cliënten bij werkzaamheden zoals: - Groenonderhoud op en rondom het terrein; - Onderhoud van de speeltuin; - Werkzaamheden in de moestuin; - Overige praktische werkzaamheden. Daarnaast denk je mee over de ontwikkeling van de binnengroep. Omdat het activiteitenaanbod nog wordt opgebouwd, is er veel ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën en initiatieven. Daarbij staan de talenten, interesses en mogelijkheden van cliënten altijd centraal. Aan het einde van de dag kijk je samen terug op wat is bereikt en zorg je ervoor dat de werkplek netjes wordt achtergelaten. Waarom deze functie anders is Je stapt niet in een gespreid bed. De Hofstee bevindt zich in de opstartfase. Dat betekent dat je vanaf het begin meedenkt over het activiteitenaanbod, de inrichting van de locatie en de manier waarop we samenwerken.
