- Activiteitenbegeleider tijdelijk Huizen Delen: Maak jij van een gewone dag iets bijzonders? Organiseer activiteiten, stimuleer ontmoeting en ontdek samen met bewoners wat hen blij maakt. Als activiteitenbegeleider zorg je voor een afwisselend en passend activiteitenaanbod voor onze bewoners. Je organiseert en begeleidt onder andere kookactiviteiten, fitness, creatieve activiteiten, spelletjesmiddagen, filmavonden, wandelingen en verschillende uitjes. Ook begeleid je de dagelijkse koffie-inloop en ondersteun je waar nodig bij de dagstructuur. Je sluit aan bij de interesses en doelen van bewoners en stimuleert hen om sociale contacten op te doen en mee te doen aan activiteiten binnen en buiten de locatie. Je onderhoudt hiervoor contact met organisaties in de buurt en begeleidt bewoners waar nodig bij individuele vragen, bijvoorbeeld rondom vrijwilligerswerk. Je rapporteert over je cliëntcontacten, werkt nauw samen met de woonbegeleiders en sluit om de week aan bij de teamvergadering. Daarnaast houd je de financiële registratie rondom activiteiten en locatie-uitgaven bij en help je mee met het organiseren van bijvoorbeeld een teamuitje en de jaarlijkse BBQ. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van 16 uur per week, van 1 december 2026 tot naar verwachting 1 december 2027. Je werkt op regelmatige werkdagen en werktijden, in overleg met het team. In december is er ruimte om samen met de huidige activiteitenbegeleider goed ingewerkt te worden en de werkzaamheden over te dragen. Jouw werkplek Aan een hofje in Huizen biedt locatie Vooronder begeleiding aan 19 cliënten tussen de 21 en 53 jaar met een kwetsbaarheid in het autismespectrum. Daarnaast hebben bewoners vaak te maken met problematieken zoals verslaving, angst, depressie of dwang. Vooronder is een beschermd wonen locatie met 19 zelfstandige appartementen en een teamkantoor.
