Als activiteitenbegeleider binnen de acute ggz, op de afdelingen medium care en high & intensive care, zet je passende activiteiten in om structuur te bieden, de zelfstandigheid van cliënten te stimuleren en hen opnieuw vertrouwen te geven in zichzelf en hun mogelijkheden. Juist doordat je de mens achter de zorgvraag ziet, maak je een verschil dat vaak direct merkbaar is. Lees snel verder! Wil je eerst de sfeer proeven? Er is de mogelijkheid om een dag mee te lopen, zodat je een goed beeld krijgt van de functie en onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen In de functie van activiteitenbegeleider vervul je een belangrijke rol in het herstel van de cliënten. Jouw rol bestaat uit: - het organiseren en begeleiden van passende individuele en groepsactiviteiten voor de verschillende doelgroepen binnen de afdeling; - het afstemmen van activiteiten op de fase van het herstelproces en de individuele doelen van cliënten; - het maken van individuele afspraken en bieden van passende activiteiten binnen het dagprogramma van de cliënt; - het vinden van een passend alternatief wanneer een activiteit niet door kan gaan; - het motiveren van cliënten om deel te nemen aan activiteiten die aansluiten bij het behandelplan; - het samenwerken met andere activiteitenbegeleiders binnen de acute ggz indien nodig. Samen aan de slag Medium care (MC) en de high & intensive care (HIC) vormen samen met intensive home treatment (IHT) de acute zorgketen binnen Emergis. Op beide afdelingen bied je als zorgprofessional intensieve, specialistische zorg aan volwassenen in een crisissituatie, waarbij veiligheid, herstel en het voorkomen van dwang en drang centraal staan.
