28 uur Heb jij als zorgprofessional hart voor mensen met psychiatrische problematiek? Als activiteitenbegeleider organiseer en begeleid je de dagbesteding van cliënten. Je bedenkt en organiseert groepsactiviteiten die aansluiten bij hun behandeldoelen, stimuleert en activeert cliënten en houdt in de gaten hoe zij de aangeboden dagbesteding ervaren. Waar nodig stel je het aanbod bij. Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team, neemt deel aan overleggen en legt jouw bevindingen vast in het cliëntendossier. Aandacht voor persoonlijke groei Met jouw flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en doorzettingsvermogen weet je cliënten op een passende manier te begeleiden en te activeren. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en hebt oog voor wat cliënten nodig hebben. In deze dynamische omgeving krijg je de ruimte om jouw kwaliteiten in te zetten én jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Je bedenkt, organiseert en begeleidt groepsactiviteiten die aansluiten bij de behandeldoelen van cliënten; - Je stimuleert en activeert cliënten en sluit aan bij hun behoeften; - Je observeert hoe cliënten de dagbesteding ervaren en stelt het aanbod waar nodig bij; - Je werkt samen binnen een multidisciplinair team en neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen; - Je legt jouw bevindingen zorgvuldig vast in het cliëntendossier; - Je krijgt ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de psychiatrie. Jouw werkplek Je gaat impact maken binnen het Centrum voor Spoedeisende Psychiatrie (CSP) voor Volwassenen in Sliedrecht, waar 24/7 zorg wordt verleend aan volwassenen vanaf 21 jaar met acute psychiatrische klachten, zowel op locatie als bij de cliënt thuis. Binnen het Centrum voor Spoedeisende Psychiatrie zijn er zes verschillende afdelingen voor cliënten die klinisch worden opgenomen, namelijk twee Medium Care afdelingen, twee High Care afdelingen, een High Care afdeling voor ouderen en een Care+ afdeling voor lang(er) durende zorg. Iedere afdeling kent zijn eigen cliëntgroep...
