Krijg jij energie van het ontwerpen van e-learnings? Wij denken graag met jou na over de vraag "Hoe leren mensen?". Dit is jouw uitdaging Wij zijn continu bezig met het verbeteren van onze digitale leermiddelen en trainingen. Het gaat hierbij om trainingen rond thema's als communicatie en beïnvloeden (overtuigen). Als stagiair mag jij meewerken aan het (her)ontwikkelen en verbeteren van digitale leermiddelen. Zo help je ons met het maken van een extra kwaliteitsslag. Tijdens deze stage ga je: - Meedraaien binnen het team en samenwerken met collega's. - Deelnemen aan overleggen met collega's en stakeholders. - Meekijken bij trainingen en - waar passend - onderdelen van trainingen verzorgen. - Meedenken over nieuwe trainingen en e-learnings. Natuurlijk is er ook ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ideeën. Dit is jouw stageplek Het team Opleiden van de sector Dataverzameling regelt de opleiding van zo'n 200 interviewers van het CBS. Zowel de telefonische interviewers als ook de veldinterviewers. Daarbij gaat het om opleiden in kennis, vaardigheden en houding. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van vijf collega's. Divers in leeftijd en achtergrond, wat zorgt voor een fijne mix van ervaring, frisse ideeën en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Dit breng jij mee Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in de richting Learning & Development / Opleidingskunde, Toegepaste Psychologie, Pedagogiek of Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD), of een soortgelijke opleiding. - Je hebt affiniteit met digitale vormgeving en wellicht al enige ervaring met het ontwikkelen van e-learnings. - Je voelt je prettig bij het werken met een volwassen en diverse doelgroep met uiteenlopende achtergronden e...
