Bij Esdégé-Reigersdaal werken we aan een goed leven voor en mét elkaar. Als ADA medewerker versterk je de zelfstandigheid van je cliënten door samen te zorgen voor een schone omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als ADA medewerker (algemene dagelijkse activiteiten) werk je zelfstandig en doe je huishoudelijke taken in de appartementen. Je neemt vooral zaken over die de cliënt niet kan en doet waar mogelijk samen met cliënten het huishouden. Denk hierbij aan het schoonmaken van de badkamers, stofzuigen en dweilen van de appartementen, boodschappen doen met cliënten. De vacature is voor 12 uur per week, verdeeld over 2 à 3 (doordeweekse) dagen. Er is overleg mogelijk om te kijken naar werkdagen c.q. werktijden. Waar ga je werken? Bij Brandpunt 12 werk je op een kleinschalige woonlocatie waar 13 bewoners wonen met een (lichte) verstandelijke beperking, lichamelijke of psychiatrische problematiek en psychosociale hulpvragen. Geen dag is hetzelfde - de ondersteuningsvragen zijn divers en vragen om een flexibele, persoonsgerichte aanpak. Je werkt vanuit de driehoek cliënt - netwerk - begeleider , waarbij ruimte is voor maatwerk en aandacht voor wat iemand wél kan. De appartementen bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping van multifunctioneel gebouw De Mediaan . Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen, rolstoeltoegankelijk appartement met woonkamer, open keuken, balkon, slaapkamer en badkamer. In het steunpunt is ruimte voor ontmoeting: samen koffie drinken, een praatje maken of gezellig samen koken. Brandpunt 12 biedt een warme, veilige woonomgeving midden in de buurt - met alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik.
