Mission principale :

L'Adjoint au responsable de site assiste le responsable de site dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations d'un site de stockage et de distribution de produits chimiques. Il contribue à garantir la sécurité des personnes, la protection de l'environnement, la conformité réglementaire, la qualité de service et la performance opérationnelle du site. Il assure également le relais du Responsable de Site en son absence.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Assister le responsable de site dans le pilotage des activités opérationnelles du site ;
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations applicables en matière de sécurité, santé, environnement et stockage des produits chimiques ;
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des politiques HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) ;
  • Superviser les opérations de réception, stockage, préparation et expédition des produits.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi des indicateurs de performance (sécurité, qualité, productivité, coûts) avec le Continuous Improvement Lead ;
  • Participer à la gestion des budgets et au contrôle des dépenses opérationnelles ;
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue ;
  • Participer à la gestion des situations d'urgence et des plans de prévention ;
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les équipes opérationnelles ;
  • Assurer les relations avec les autorités administratives, les clients, les fournisseurs et les organismes de contrôle lorsque cela est nécessaire ;
  • Remplacer le responsable de site pendant ses absences et assurer la continuité des opérations.

Compétences requises :

  • Expérience confirmée de management des activités de logistique industrielle et de stockage de produits chimiques ;
  • Maîtrise des réglementations HSE et des exigences réglementaires applicables aux sites industriels ;
  • Capacités de management et de leadership ;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes ;
  • Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement exigeant en matière de sécurité et de conformité ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de gestion opérationnelle ;
  • Français et Anglais courant . Néerlandais souhaité.
